Please join us in our opening day parade and ceremony to kick off the 2010 season for Cary Youth Baseball.

All players and coaches should meet at Briargate School at 11:30 to line up. It is suggested that coaches recommend a meeting place for their team and then proceed to the parking horse marked with their league in the parking lot. The parade will begin at 12pm and proceed down Main Street ending at Maplewood School . For those not marching in the parade and will be watching, the route is Wulff St. to Main St. to School St . Please do not park on this parade route or in the Maplewood or Briargate parking lot after 10am. It is recommended that you park in the Metra Parking Lot.

The opening day ceremony will begin once all teams have arrived at the main field behind Maplewood (approximately 12:45pm). The ceremony usually lasts around 45 minutes and the first games of the season will start shortly after.

Please remind the kids to gently throw the candy with an underhand toss. We don't want any future CYB players hurt while trying to collect the candy!

Hope to see you there!!
